HILLSBOROUGH, ORANGE COUNTY -

Two more people are charged with violating North Carolina's agent law by providing benefits to Tar Heels football players in 2010.

Willie James Barley Jr. and Michael Wayne Johnson Jr. are charged with helping Georgia-based agent Terry Watson try to sign Robert Quinn and Greg Little. Barley faces four charges for providing Quinn with cash for airline tickets to Florida, a hotel room and the use of a car during a May 2010 trip.

Barley, arrested Friday and released on $30,000 bond, is listed as an employee of Watson - one of five people charged in the case.

Johnson faces three charges, including helping Watson meet with Little to provide $5,000. Johnson, the starting quarterback at North Carolina Central at the time, is scheduled for his first court appearance Wednesday.
